BRICS: Russia and North Korea Announce Historic Agreement
BRICS member Russia is looking to take support from North Korea in its fight against the US hegemony. Russian President Vladimir Putin visited North Korea on Wednesday and the two countries signed a strategic partnership vowing closer ties in rivalry with the US.
